For more information, we invite you to view the Public Course Syllabus

On Behalf of Dr. Natavia Middleton, Dean of Natural Sciences and Engineering and Dr. Anthony Appleton, Interim Academic Chair of Natural Sciences, DT/MT:

We are excited to bring Black Minds Matter to SPC!

Please join us for our first event on Monday, October 23rd at 7pm at our Midtown Campus!

Please feel free to share this announcement (click on the flier above to download it as a PDF file) with your students and mark your calendars for future dates in this series.

We have also attached resource information in the form of the Public Course Syllabus which is directly from Professor J. Luke Wood. It is a valuable resource and documents what readings as well as additional materials would be of great benefit when integrating BMM into one of your courses, if you so choose.

It has been a pleasure for our department to work on this important event series.

Thank you to all that have provided input, assisted in many ways, and have been positively supportive of this effort. We truly hope that these events allow us to better help our students and community.

For additional information, please feel free to contact Anthony Appleton or Natavia Middleton.
